Every Wednesday #SOL22 Day 19

Every Wednesday, after dinner I grab my iphone and earbuds, eager to hear the latest drop of Gretchen Rubins’ podcast “Happier.” I prepare the dog with her collar, leash, and not one, but two poop bags. Our walk around the block is usually about the right amount of time to catch the full podcast.

Every Wednesday, I learn happiness hacks, hear interesting interviews with authors, listen to try this at home tips, and get book recommendations. I feel like I know Gretchen and her sister, Elizabeth, through their casual tone and fun banter during the show.

Every Wednesday, at the end of the podcast, Gretchen always says, “You know what’s coming next…If you like our show, tell a friend; and even better yet, rate and review it where you listen to your favorite podcasts.”

Every Wednesday, I feel a little twinge of guilt. I listen to them every week. I’ve been listening to them for over 3 years. I need to take the time to rate and review their show. I’m always telling others about it, now I need go one step further.

Now… Every Wednesday, I will be able to listen guilt free, knowing I’ve rated and reviewed The Happier Podcast.
